Who do I serve?
As a high-performing individual, you really don't have time to be stuck in your past mistakes, old habits, and beliefs. I mean, they aren't even true anymore, so they are just getting in your way for no good reason.
I help people like YOU who are ready to take action and face your past head-on. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (that "EMDR" thing everyone is talking about), we will ensure that you show up for yourself first so you can show up for family, friends, and work in a way that aligns with your faith, values, and priorities.
I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
Who am I?
Michael Sean Greener, LCSW
My name is Sean; Los Angeles EMDR Therapist, working ONLINE with clients to get more done in less time.
EMDR Therapy is a brain-based model that allows individuals to efficiently process difficult incidents that have happened to them, whether they happened last month or 30 years ago.
What is EMDR?
EMDR Therapy has been shown to help decrease the intensity of the emotional and physical responses to past traumas by giving the client a place to desensitize themselves to the incident and challenge the negative belief associated with the incident by reprocessing it.
No cookie-cutter counseling!
We will work together to create a customized treatment plan for your unique needs, schedule, and lifestyle.
Since it's all online, you'll skip the commute and spend more time diving into counseling so you can see progress quickly.
